PAYMENT OPTION AVAILABLE

Tigershark Aquatics SG will reserved the slot for 2 days upon successful registration. You are required to make the first month payment in Full via bank transfer or cash within 2 days to confirm the slot.

• Fees to be collected on a monthly basis, payable by the first week on each month.

• Deposit of 1 month is required during registration.

• Payment by Cash, Paynow or UEN

• Fees are stricly non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances. There shall be no deduction of fees for any absenteeism.

• A general payment notification will be sent to groups as a reminder. Receipt will be provided upon request.

3. 5th Week of the month (29th, 30th & 31st of the month)

ATTENDANCE & MAKE-UP POLICY

• We do not provide any replacement classes due to absenteeism at our location. Classes will be replaced only if the lesson is cancelled by Tigershark Aquatics.

• We do not offer replacement class (Means class is still chargeble) for the following reason:

1. Travelling

2. Public Holidays

3. Bad Weather

4. Personal Reasons (E.g. I'm working, i can't sent my child)

5. Exams

6. Fifth Week

• Lost time due to late or when the swimming pool is close due to any circumstance reason will not be compensated or make-up.

• Any last minute cancellation will not be entertained unless you inform the Admin or Coach at least 1 day before the lesson after which make-up lessons will be arranged.

• 4 lessons have to be completed within 30 days starting from the 1st session. Any outstanding lessons will be forfeited with no compensation.

• Lesson missed due to school activities or other personal reason will be charged as usual.

What To Do If Your Child/Yourself Is Sick?

We will provide a 45 min make-up session for every lesson missed. A Medical Certificate covering the lesson day is compulsory in order to qualify for the make up session.

What If I Do Not Have Medical Certificate?

You will be eligible to qualify for make-up session but the make-up session will be 30 mins only. In addition, you will have to informed the admin at least 24 hours before the lesson commence.

What If We Are Going On A Holiday?

One make-up lesson will be arranged for every two back-to-back missed swimming lessons. Parents will be required to inform the Swim School at least 2 weeks in advance in order to qualify for the make-up class.

IN THE EVENT OF WEATHER CONDITION

1. NO Make-up, for lesson cancelled due to unforeseen bad weather. This is to adhere to safety regulation.

2. Lessons will proceed as usual unless there is lightning risk activated, therefore please attend classes regardless of weather conditions unless it is cancelled by Tigershark Aquatics Swim School.

3. Every two back-to-back cancelled swimming lessons will be entitle to one make-up class.

4. We reserved the rights to cancel the lesson in bad weather conditions for safety reasons. The Coach will be standby to continue the lesson as soon as the swimming pool is deemed safe for lesson to resume.

IN A CASE OF WITHRAWAL

Any student who wishes to withdraw from class is required to give a minimum of 1 month notice.

Please note that your deposit (upon registration) will be applied to your final month with TSA should you choose to withdraw.
